Yellow Tie Hospitality, an F&B company in India has announced that Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi will be the brand ambassador of Genuine Broaster Chicken, an American chicken brand which was recently launched in Mumbai.

Late last month, Yellow Tie Hospitality announced that it had tied up with Genuine Broaster Chicken, a US based manufacturer to bring the brand to India. Genuine Broaster Chicken is already available in 36 countries across the world.
Broaster Chicken is unique in that it is always fresh, marinated with Broaster products, has 50% less oil and zero trans-fat and is cooked in a Broaster pressure fryer to retain meat moisture.
Yellow Tie Hospitality plans to launch the brand across 40 outlets across Kolkata, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Surat and a few more cities by the end of 2016. The brand will be served in a variety of franchise formats along with an authentic menu designed by the company.
To design the unique menu, Yellow Tie Hospitality roped in Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi who created exclusive dishes like Happy Fried Chicken served with Curry Mango Jalapeno Dip, Mutton Rogan Josh Burger, Palak Paneer Burger and Gulkand Muffin.
Commenting on the association, Chef Sokhi said “I am really excited to be associated with Broaster Chicken as the brand ambassador in India. With this association, it will give me an opportunity to introduce an “Indo-American” cuisine, where we will offer traditional Indian dishes in a modern day, youth oriented and fun format.”
