Yauatcha Bengaluru Introduces The Tropical Patisserie Collection

The monsoon season in India is the blooming period for a variety of fruits and flowers. In celebration of this revitalizing season, Yauatcha, Bangalore’s favorite dim sum teahouse from London, is launching a new range of petits gateaux and macarons called the Tropical Collection.

The Tropical Collection is inspired by refreshing and cooling seasonal ingredients from the East and West such as the sweet and refreshing mango, tart tamarind, and citrusy kumquat. The collection is influenced by well-known flavours combined in unique and innovative ways.

Petit gateaux from the collection include a variation of the classic Tropical Dome that is filled with sweet mango pulp, the Pecan Coffee Delice is a dessert in which rich buttery pecans add complexity to the dark smoky coffee and the Sacher Torte with sacher sponge, dark chocolate and apricot.

Some of the all new flavours of macarons are Tamarind and Mango, Cinnamon and Banana, Violet, Chamomile Pistachio, Kumquat Cashew and more. Each macaron has something special, be it unusual combinations like kumquats and cashews, or special ingredients like butterfly pea flowers.
