Chef Anthony Bourdain, though passed away quite tragically, will continue to be an inspiration to many through his incredible life and work. There are many whose lives Bourdain has touched and has even visited India a few times. He said this about our country, “You completely understand why The Beatles would want to drop acid, come here, and stare at stuff. The colours burn right through your eyeballs and into your brain. No Maharishi needed!”
