Charosa Selections Sauvignon Blanc

The wine comes alive with intense tropical flavors of Gooseberry and Orange. This bright, straw-yellow, mid-palate wine is broad, balanced and quite rich with tropical fruits and a grassy mineral freshness. A tall glass with a narrow bowl, allowing the bouquet to gather and accentuating the drinking experience. Appetizers, salads and light seafood dishes seem to take on more flavor when matched with equally delicate white wines, such as Sauvignon Blanc. Sauvignon Blanc is a very food-friendly wine and terrific for appetizers and salads. Light seafood dishes seem to take on more flavor when matched with equally delicate white wines, such as Sauvignon Blanc.
