Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C (350 F) and line a 12 hole muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
  3. Add the eggs, mashed bananas, yogurt, melted butter and vanilla. Stir until just combined.
  4. Fill the cupcake liners 3/4 full with batter.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
