They (read, health experts, doctors and mothers) say that a breakfast is the most important meal of the day and that by skipping it, you’re doing your body major harm. But thanks to the busy lifestyle most of us have chosen, we tend to skip out on the first meal of the day.
But here’s the truth, there are also a lot of people who’d rather have a big breakfast and skip lunch; or have a late lunch and ditch dinner for a late night snack (even though that does not count as a meal). Which of these are you? Which meal(s) are you most likely to skip?
