When it comes to picking out a particular kind of meat, there are certain aspects that eaters keep in mind, like toughness, flavor, et al. And that is precisely why some people like chicken, some like fish, and a whole lot of other people would rather dish out some turkey, mutton, and/or lamb. Remember we are talking kind of meat, as in the animal that it is derived from – like pork, chicken, and fish – and not the kind of meat cut – for instance, bacon, sirloin, or ribs.
