What if you could buy a Kitchen Table that could teach you how to cook?

Swedish furniture giant Ikea released a Concept Kitchen 2025 where they visualize kitchens from the future which involves smart tables that help people cook, clever storage units that display ingredients in a much more visual way and faster more efficient ways to reduce waste and increase recycling.

If Ikea has their way then they will put these conceptual designs into reality in the near future. If this is so, in the future we will actually have tables that help us cook. 

Ikea calls it Smart Light, a table that actually guides people through a recipe while utensils and cookware display information about food such as temperature or remaining cooking time. Sounds like its from a Tom Cruise sci-fi movie, but it’s pretty darn cool. Check out the cool video below? Would you not want this in your kitchen?
