Virat Kohli Signed On As The Face Of ‘Too Yumm!’

Virat Kohli is easily one of India’s most revered youth icons. And we say this not just because he just got hitched to one of the most successful women in the Hindi movie industry, but simply because at the age of 29 he has achieved more milestones than most people. So, it does not come as a surprise that most brands want the young Indian skipper to be the face of their campaigns. The latest company to sign Virat Kohli as their brand ambassador is ‘Too Yumm!’.

Too Yum! is a growing packaged food company, which manufactures healthy snacks. With a tagline that read “Eat Lot, Fikar Not!”, the brand is targeting the fitness conscious populace that always wants handy a packet or two of ready to eat munchies to binge on.

Commenting on the announcement Sanjiv Goenka, Chairman of RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, said, “Transformative changes are being seen on how Indian consumers, especially the younger generation, eat and drink today. There has been an increasing popularity among healthy foods, which is the impetus behind the burgeoning growth of the healthy snack market. Too Yumm! is a healthier snacking option, which does not compromise on taste and brings a refreshing change to the snacking scene.”

The Perfect Alliance

Further, Kohli’s discipline towards clean and healthy eating is also known by all (the man hasn’t touched butter chicken in over four years!). And therefore, given the brand and its new brand ambassador’s shared interest in a healthy lifestyle, the alliance seems just about perfect.

“We are very glad to introduce Virat Kohli as the face of Too Yumm! At RPSG, we wanted a brand ambassador who would advocate the values that the brand stands for. Virat Kohli makes the perfect fit for the brand as many look up to him for not only his fitness regime but also for the healthy choices he makes”, Goenka added.

Sharing his thoughts, Virat Kohli added, “Too Yumm! serves as the perfect snack that combines taste and health. I enjoy binging on it anytime, anywhere and to my heart’s content. With Too Yumm! you can indulge in your favourite snack without feeling guilty.”
