The range of offerings is wide, from Palak ke Patte Chaat, Baingani Chaat to Banana Chaat.

Natraj Dahi Bhalla, Chandni Chowk
Nestled in the narrow lanes of Old Delhi since the 40s, Natraj is a must-visit place when it comes to Dahi Bhallas and Aloo Tikkis. Naysayers might complain that these are the only dishes Natraj serves, but they are totally worth the effort. Rumour has it that the chaat masala sprinkled here is a secret recipe – but we are not complaining!

Lotan Kulche Wala, Chawri Bazaar
A small, makeshift stall, it offers the best chole kulche you will every try! With a heavy dose of sour sauces and a smattering of chillies, the vendor is a virtual traffic magnet. His kulchas get sold out by the noon, so one’s got to beat therush to it. Must Try: Chole Kulche Cost: Rs 259
Bittoo Tikki Wala (BTW), Karol Bagh
Put a dollop of dahi on top of your tikki, and you will know what we are talking about. BTW also boasts of several other scrumptious snacks such as Dahi Bhalla, Bhalla Papri and Pani Puri. Kuremal Mohan Lal Kulfi Wale, Chandni Chowk
The outlet serves over 50 varieties of kulfi and flavours of almost every fruit! Fun fact: You will get some weird ice-cream flavours, such as Aloo Bhukara, Sharifa, Falsa, Jamun and Paan, to name a few. Clearly, the good old Naturals has some serious competition.

A hidden gem, Ashok serves a bevy of North Indian (Mughlai) non-vegetarian dishes. If you are looking to devour some delicious mutton, go only on Wednesdays and Saturdays, between 1 pm and 3 pm. But the more popular chicken curry is available on all days.
