on

It’s the moment we have all been waiting for. A partnership between two tech giants that combines our love for food and travel. Yes, TripHobo has announced a strategic partnership with Zomato.

TripHobo is a travel itinerary-planning portal that has helped travellers across the globe find their perfect itinerary. Now, with this new partnership, TripHobo will allow it’s users to gain access to Zomato’s global database of restaurants. Additionally, users will also be allowed to access content as well as deals on restaurants, in addition to itinerary-based recommendations.

“Apart from travel and accommodation, food is a critical component of a well-defined travel itinerary,” TripHobo’s chief operating officer and co-founder Kartik Ramachandra said. “Going forward, we will be exploring deeper integration in other areas,” he said.

We completely agree. This partnership follows TripHobo’s recent association with global travel search engine Skyscanner, where users can compare prices of hotels, flights and car rentals, in addition to planning their trips and itineraries on the platform.

Currently, TripHobo is home to one lakh user-created itineraries and curated content for close to 500 top tourist cities worldwide and Zomato has a database of over 1.4 million restaurants across 22 countries. Zomato has also expanded its service to include cashless payments and online ordering with their new app – Zomato Order
