Top Places to Eat in Las Vegas

on

When planning a holiday most people associate Las Vegas with casino gambling and entertainment venues. While this is true, Vegas is also well known for its gastronomic endeavours with some of the best restaurants offering up a wide range of culinary delights. These are just a few potential restaurants to visit while on a Vegas vacation.

Beauty & Essex

Known for American cuisine with an updated twist, Beauty & Essex’s menu is varied with a lot of offer. Choose from basil pesto ravioli accompanied by rock shrimp or opt for the spaghettini with a sunny side up egg. Located at the Cosmopolitan Casino, the restaurant is carefully concealed by a pawn shop which must be entered to get to the restaurant.

Costa Di Mare

Chef Mark LoRusso brings Mediterranean and Italian Cuisine to the Wynn Casino. The pasta here is homemade in house. The seafood selection is fresh and varied with over 40 varieties flown in straight from Italy. Opt to dine in the interior dining room or splurge in a private cabana outside the restaurant.

Cut

By far the best of Wolfgang Puck’s Vegas restaurants, many consider Cut to be the best place in the city for steak. The menu lists the cut as well as the source of the beef. Start with one of the tasty appetizers from the Rough Cuts menu with one of the spirits offered here.  Cut is located at the Palazzo and reservations are highly recommended.

Hobak Korean BBQ

The menu here is designed with the philosophy that less is more. Hobak serves only beef and pork using the highest quality ingredients. Diners can enjoy the charcoal and gas cooking preparations as their wait for their meal to be served. Finish off your meal with the unique and popular, popcorn ice cream.

While all of these restaurants offers a superb dining experience, if you can just dine at one the Beauty & Essex would be a top choice. Many of its dishes are unique and one of kind providing visitors with a special experience.
