The food we’ve tried at The Westin Mumbai Garden City has never failed to impress us. The ‘Tastes of Telangana’ was a delicious rendezvous with the cuisine of the region and Chef Naidu put up an array of delicacies. The kitchen of Seasonal Tastes at The Westin Mumbai Garden City will be taken over by Chef Hemal Shashika from Weligama Bay Marriott Resort & Spa for the festival. He will be cooking up the delicacies from Sri Lanka, emphasising on the locally used spices in the dishes. Coming from the North West region of Sri Lanka and taking inspiration from his mother’s kitchen, the chef is well versed with the traditional delicacies and is all set to welcome you to a tantalizing buffet and Sunday brunches between 20th to 30th April. So, get ready for a taste of Sri Lanka here in Mumbai!
