A few days ago we reported that Paris had finally caught on with urban eating after resisting the food truck wave for a long time. Now, it seems that the Parisian trend has caught up with Bangalore.
What are we talking about?
Why, Bangalore’s first French food truck of course! It’s called La Casse Croûte and serves delicious homemade french food, not the high-end kind you are used to.
Who are we talking about?
La Casse Croûte is an exciting initiative by three budding French entrepreneurs cum foodies, Nicolas Grossemy, Johanne Barbier and Nicolas Mirguet. They all came to Bangalore and bonded over their love for food and thought, why not?
This is the latest in the food truck wave that seems to have caught Bangalore by storm.
What will they be serving?
The trio promise to deliver delicious French croques, frites and of course, a creme de la creme to top up your meal. Take a look at their menu below.
Where will they be serving?
The launch is taking place in the Alliance Francaise center in Bangalore and will go on till 8 in the evening. There is a french game called petanque which will also be organised at around 3.30 pm.
Come on, come all, it’s going to be a hell of a day!
