The Creative Kitchen (TCK) just unleashed their inventive new menu and we can’t stop raving about it! The menu is a compilation of some Oriental, Continental and North Indian favourites like the Spring Roll, Homemade Pasta, Gourmet Pizza, Kebabs and the likes but obviously with a creative twist.
Chef Sujit spoke to us about the inspiration behind the new menu- To create an out-of-the-box experience unlike any other restaurants in town. Starting from the plating of a pizza on a stone plate for ensuring it stays warm throughout your meal to creating a Chicken Tikka burger with a baguette, a lot of thought has gone into each of the menu items to make sure there is something for everyone!
A LA CARTE
For starters, we tried the Thyme-Scented Pumpkin Soup, Pistou Chicken Soup, Multani Paneer Roll, Kashmiri Nadru Ke Kebab (made with lotus stem and potato barrel, deep fried), Thai Spring Roll and Teekha Murga Chop (char-grilled in clay oven). The show stealers were definitely the Pistou Chicken Soup and Thai Spring Rolls!
Moving on to the mains, we feasted on some Khumani Kofta (cottage cheese dumplings filled with apricots tossed in a rich gravy), Kunbe Khumb Ke ( variety of mushrooms cooked in onion tomato gravy), Jungli Murgh and Vegetable Biryani accompanied with a basket of Laccha Paratha, Tandoori roti and Naans.
For Dessert, we indulged in the Blueberry Cannelloni and needless to say it was love at first sight. TCK’s all-new menu is definitely a winner and is a must-try for all you foodies out there.
