Sriracha Launches a Winter Clay Pot Menu Perfect For This Bangalore Weather

This winter treat yourself to a Pan Asian feast at Sriracha, UB City with the Winter Clay Pot Menu. The menu features traditional Cantonese steamed rice preparations cooked in a clay pot in Sriracha style. The single pot meal, served along with sautéed fresh spinach and Chinese mushrooms, comes in a variety of flavours from the orient that are handpicked by Chef Vikas Seth.

There is an array of pot meals to cater to different taste buds. Choose from – Stir Fry King Prawns and White Fungus, Fish Broccoli in Shao Xing garlic rice wine sauce, Roasted Chicken Breast and Shitake in Chilli oil and honey, Singaporean Style Black Pepper Lamb Slice, Fried Bean Curd with Black Fungus and Asparagus, Water chestnuts & Spring Onion with burnt garlic and oyster sauce.

Wrap up your meal with the Mandarin Meringue with Homemade Xmas Ice Cream, a delicious dessert made from Mandarin meringue, topped with homemade Xmas ice cream and served with dragon fruit, orange, fresh strawberries, plum cake balls, crumbled Christmas cookies and evaporated milk. There is also the classic Signature BLVD Christmas Fruit Cake made with dry fruits, nuts, candied fruits and spices macerated in alcohol, which you can take away in 1 kg or 2 kg portions to continue the party at home!
