Choose from – Stir Fry King Prawns and White Fungus, Fish Broccoli in Shao Xing garlic rice wine sauce, Roasted Chicken Breast and Shitake in Chilli oil and honey, Singaporean Style Black Pepper Lamb Slice, Fried Bean Curd with Black Fungus and Asparagus, Water chestnuts & Spring Onion with burnt garlic and oyster sauce.

Wrap up your meal with the Mandarin Meringue with Homemade Xmas Ice Cream, a delicious dessert made from Mandarin meringue, topped with homemade Xmas ice cream and served with dragon fruit, orange, fresh strawberries, plum cake balls, crumbled Christmas cookies and evaporated milk.
