Continuing the series of pop-ups in partnership with Authenticook to promote regional cuisines and home chefs, Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore presents an exclusive Bihari culinary experience curated by home chef Daya Kaur. The pop–up, which will be held on Saturday November 2, 2019 will feature a spread of home-cooked Bihari delicacies.
Using authentic ingredients and special recipes from the eastern state, the menu will comprise an array of dishes like Suran Ki Chaat, Mini Litti, Mini Sattu Paratha, Baigan and Tamatar Ka Chokha, Ahuna Chicken and Makhana Kheer.
