On Mondays, sample Gawarfali Cutlets where this much-ignored vegetable is transformed into a tasty cutlet. Tuesday brings a simple Dhan Daar Patio, the classic home food of many Parsis. Wednesday means another Parsi delicacy – Masoor ma Gos where mutton on the bone is cooked with whole Masoor.
Goan Prawn and Squid Curry, made with coconut, red chilli, kokum and Goan spices your thing? Then make an appearance on Thursday. TGIF, beacuse it allows you to get indulgent with Sausage Par Eeda, Sunny-side up eggs on a bed of chicken/pork sausages with a special Parsi masala.
The weekend means comfort food, so enjoy the Parsi delicacy, Jardaloo ma Gos (Mutton) a thick and mildly sweet curry made with mutton chunks and apricots, a match made in Parsi heaven. Sundays are special here, as the Chicken Sanju Baba, a dish from Noor Mohammadi, is a recipe purported to have been given by Sanjay Dutt himself.
