Singkong Debuts A Special Summer Mango Menu By Chef Vikas Seth

Summer is heating up, and we know the perfect place to cool you off. Singkong has crafted a special menu to celebrate the ‘king of fruits’ – mango! Located in the iconic UB City, it’s the ideal restaurant to enjoy a taste of summer while watching the life and soul of Bengaluru pass you by. 

Singkong presents a special Summer Mango Menu featuring dishes created with our favorite fruit of the season. Chef Vikas Seth has curated a menu comprising appetizers, salads, mains and desserts that promises to please every taste palate this summer.

The menu includes breezy salads and appetizers like the Lemon Leaf Rubbed King Prawns on a bed of cucumber and raw mango salad and sprinkled with crushed spiced peanuts and Tofu Pillars Topped Spiced Alphonso Mango with chilli basil sauce.

The mains have a choice of Thai Grilled Red Snapper/Catch of the Day in creamy lemon grass sauce with raw papaya and mango salad and the popular Massaman Curry, a fragrant hearty curry served with steamed rice and raw papaya and mango salad.  Top it off with one (or two) of the scrumptious desserts which include the eclectic options of Asian Mango Crème Brûlée served with date biscotti and strawberry chips and Mango Strawberry & Chocolate Parfait finished with coconut cream and raw mango chips.
