What we have here is a super fun carrot salad recipe, and as you’ve probably guessed, it’s super easy too! This salad only requires four ingredients, and a bowl! To make this salad you will need the following ingredients:

  • 400gm carrots, grated 
  • 40gm raisins 
  • 1 apple 
  • 70gm mayonnaise

Here are a few pointers to follow before you begin mixing the salad:

  • Wash and peel the carrots carefully before grating them
  • Core the apple and dice them, peeling if desired
  • Reduce / increase the mayonnaise quantity based on your liking

Once you’ve assembled your ingredients together, all you need to do is transfer them into a bowl and mix together well, making sure the mayonnaise is evenly distributed through the salad. The taste of the apples give a fruity kick to the salad and add sweetness along with the raisins and carrots, and the mayonnaise adds a nice creamy texture to it, making this salad a great accompaniment with grills and barbecues.
