Shangri-La Hotel, Bengaluru presents an indelible culinary experience with a week-long Thai Pop-Up showcasing the lavish spread of authentic Thai gourmet flavours at its all-day-dining multi-cuisine restaurant, b Café, starting from 25 January 2019.
Guests can fill their plates with refreshing, yet hearty Thai delicacies and get on board for a gastronomic sojourn this January with visiting Chef Nisa Yimthong, a native of Thailand. Chef Nisa will give discerning diners of the city a true flavour of southern Thailand’s culinary landscape, as she prepares traditional favourites using the most authentic cooking techniques and highest-quality raw ingredients.
The special menu features a wide variety of Thai specialties ranging from exquisite appetisers to traditional desserts. The must-try dishes include Sukothai Noodle Soup, Gai Golae, Slow-Cooked Quail in House-Made Massaman Curry and Grilled Black Tiger Prawns with Pomelo Salad. The chef’s signature dessert, Young Coconut Ice Cream with Tub Tim Krob will give a perfect ending to the meal.
