Shangri-La Hotel, Bengaluru is hosting a 15-day-long Donburi pop-up, where guests can relish the many flavours of Japan’s much-loved, classic rice-bowl dish at its authentic and contemporary Japanese restaurant, Yataii.
The wholesome bowl, known to be rich in protein and nutrition, is a quintessential Japanese comfort meal which brings together an assortment of ingredients consisting of fish, succulent meat, vegetables cooked in a broth and served with rice. This popular style of food offers diners a diversity of toppings to choose from, all glistening under a generous splash of sauce coating the warm rice and ensuring an amalgamation of flavours with every bite.

The menu will feature traditional favourites, including Unagi Donburi, Ten Don, prepared with crispy shrimp and veggies; and Katsu Don, made with egg and vegetables.
