Sanchez Celebrates Cinco de Mayo with a Lavish Sunday Brunch

Get ready for a Mexican fiesta as Sanchez celebrates Cinco de Mayo* on Sunday, 5th May. Chef Vikas Seth has curated a very special brunch for the occasion with a spread of authentic Mexican and Tex Mex dishes made at live cooking stations in the restaurant.

The brunch menu, inspired by Chef Vikas Seth’s culinary trips to Mexico, has a variety of drinks, appetizers, mains and desserts and ensures that you are spoilt for choice. The Salsa bar offers a number of mouthwatering salsa variations served with blue corn and yellow corn tortilla chips and the Mexican Ceviche Bar serves fresh, delicious and very healthy Ceviche.

The Tacos Al Pastor made from slow cooked Achiote pork, encased in soft corn and topped with charred pineapple is made live on a rotating pit. A must-have is the season special Mango and Roasted Jalapeno Guacamole. You can also try something new like the Tlayudas – Oaxacan Pizza, Roast Chicken with Chocolate Mole, the Pork Pozole – a Mexican stew, Huveros Rancheros, sunny side up eggs over tortillas and Tetelas. Then there are the tacos, avocado toasts, salads and a whole lot more to discover on the expansive menu.

Wind up the perfect brunch in sheer indulgence with desserts like the Jalapeno Mango Nachos made live on Anti Griddle, Cajeta Flan, Tamarindo Chili & Cane Sugar Paletas and the all-time Sanchez favourites – Tres Leches, warm Mini Oozing churros and the Dulce de leche Ice Cream Taco.
