Drop in at Sanchez UB City & Indiranagar for a taste of the scrumptious new Winter Grill menu. Carefully curated by Chef Vikas Seth this menu has a wide array of dishes that feature authentic Mexican spices. For vegetarians there is a fantastic selection of – spiced cilantro marinated grilled cottage cheese with chipotle salsa, arbol spiced charred broccoli, grilled bell peppers with roasted tomato salsa and the barbecued mushrooms with grilled onions paired with fresh fruit salsa.
Sea food lovers can feast on- morita butter smothered grilled baby lobsters, ancho dusted grilled king prawns and serrano marinated grilled catch of the day fish/farmed fish. Don’t miss the smokey chipotle chicken skewers and negro rubbed tenderloin alambres and of course everything on the winter grill menu is served with a side of Sanchez’s special – sour cream, totopos and corn on the cob.
