They are curating a handcrafted menu celebrating Unsung Recipesfrom across the country. They also have exciting stay, F&B, spa packages and more in store for this occasion.

Unsung Recipes of India

With an aim to revive India’s rich cultural heritage, Roseate Hotels & Resorts will unveil ‘Unsung recipes of India’ menu starting August 17 through August 30. Guests can head to Kiyan – the all-day global dining restaurant at The Roseate, New Delhi and DEL – the all-day dining bistro at Roseate House, New Delhi for an experience of ‘Unsung recipes’ from various parts of India.

The two-week culinary celebration endeavours to unveil a treasure trove of delicacies that have been hidden away from the league of mainstream fine dining, nevertheless have the potential to become favourites. Each dish featured on the menu unveils a timeless story as well as flavours that will linger with diners long after the meal experience. The menu features a selection of gastronomical delights in non-vegetarian as well as vegetarian options such as Atta Chicken (Kot Kapura, Punjab), Railway Mutton Curry (Colonial India), Multani Paneer (Multan, Undivided Punjab), Ranjitshahi Paneer (Punjab), Bhooni makai ki Raab (Rajasthan), Sepu badi (Himachal Pradesh), Mash ki Dal (Hyderabad) and much more.
