Mitri, the Robot has begun greeting and interacting with customers who visit Dilli Streat outlet at the Indira Gandhi International Airport. Taking innovation and technology a step ahead in the food and beverage industry, this installation is an initiative by Travel Food Services (TFS). The robot will talk to the customers and will tell them all about the menu.

The robot along with telling the customers the food details will also give them recommendations just like a good human staff would. This is a step ahead in artificial intelligence especially in the hospitality and travel sector.
