Relish Sumptuous Koli Food This Weekend In Mumbai

Taste the authentic Koli food and get a taste of Maharashtra’s glorious cuisine prepared with all the love by the students of the hotel management division of St. Andrews College. This Saturday, 30th September, they are all set to put up a grand Koli Mahotsav in Mumbai and we’re sure you’re going to love the fun, food and songs.

The sumptuous delicacies at this Koli Food Festival include Koliwada Prawns, Pomfret Koliwada, Pork Vindaloo, Mutton Khuddi, Chinchoni Curry, Red Fish Curry, Bombil Fry among the traditional dishes. The budding, creative chefs will also be putting up some fusion dishes like Prawns Cutlet Burger, Chicken Kaleji with Koliwada Sauce and Fried Fish Koliwada Rolls. You’ll also get to try delicious desserts like Stuffed Banana, Coconut Pudding and Lethri with Ice Cream to finish off at a sweet note. The prices on the food is nominal and the entry is free!
