“We wanted to give our patrons an authentic taste of the Mughal era irrespective of their food preferences and the the best menu and that’s how we got the world renowned Mr. Chef Rehman on board. We also wanted to make the launch of our new project Lucknow express huge and decided on hosting a 17 day long festival so that everyone could experience the food artistry we are willing to offer,” said Yash Thakkar.

These include Lamb Galouti Kebab, Chapli Kebab, Shambali Seekh kebab Murg Boti Kebab, Murg tikka mirza hasnu, Murg Chargah, Dum mahi tikka, Paneer Pili Mirch Tikka, Rajma Shammi Kebab, Veg Seekh Kebab, Arvi Kebab and Hara Bhara Shammi.
