With a million flavours emerging from Karnataka, Kerala, Goa and Maharashtra, they are all set to give you an experience of a lifetime served on one platter. Visit them during the lunch hours and head to a voyage on the western coast with the food.

Where with the first bite of your food, you are taken on an inexplicable experience, where flavours churn out waves of emotions, just like the coast calls out to the inner you. Sanadige’s quest of taking you on a Coastal voyage is where your deepest desires of tasting authentic food shall be catered to, with the flavours from the west as the breath of air you seek.

What to expect?

The special menu that shall be served during the journey will include  Salad, Chutney, Pickle, Buttermilk, Paneer ghee roast, Sukka Palya, Sambar, rasam, dal fry, Curd, Lemon rice, Plain rice, Chapati, papad and Payasam. While all the vegetarians in the house can rejoice, we sure wouldn’t leave behind our Non-vegetarian guests. The dishes on the Non-veg journey includes Salad, Chutney, Pickle, Papad, Buttermilk, Kori pepper fry, Mutton sukka, Mutton curry, Nati chicken curry, Sukka Palya, Rasam, Sanna and Payasam. From the western coast of India, they have curated the Seafood platter with signature Rice, crips accompanied with signature dips, Anjal fish curry, Prawn chilli fry, Fish naked fry, Fish Rawa fry, Sanna, Sukka Palya, Rasam and Payasam.
