  1. First preheat the smoker to 205 degree Fahrenheit.
  2. Next mix all the dry ingredients to make the spice rub.
  3. Remove the fat on the beef and the coat the meat on both sides with the mustard.
  4. Then cover the meat with the rub.
  5. Next put the brisket in the smoker and cook till the meat is at a of temperature of 185 to 195 degree Fahrenheit internally.
  6. Finally let the meat rest for at least half an hour before serving.
