large Potato boiled and peeled

half-and-half cream

tbsp
butter

Salt

shredded sharp cheddar
Instructions
In a saucepan heat all ingredients except potatoes and cheese.
Keep stirring till the butter melts.
Mash the potatoes in a large bowl and incorporate the cream mixture as well.
Once you have the desired consistency, mix in the cheddar and enjoy!
