• 4 large Potato boiled and peeled
• 1 cup half-and-half cream
• 3 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp Salt
• 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar

Instructions

1. In a saucepan heat all ingredients except potatoes and cheese.
2. Keep stirring till the butter melts.
3. Mash the potatoes in a large bowl and incorporate the cream mixture as well.
4. Once you have the desired consistency, mix in the cheddar and enjoy!
