  1. Chop the chocolate and put it in a mixing bowl.
  2. In another bowl, whip egg yolks and sugar till you see a pale colour.
  3. Put one fourth cup of the cream in a pan and simmer.
  4. Add this cream to the yolk mixture, stir and return the mixture to the pan.
  5. Cook for about a minute and then pour through a sieve into the chocolate bowl.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Whip the remaining cream till fluffy and mix half of it into the chocolate mixture.
  8. Mix in the remaining whipped cream and put the mousse in serving bowls or cups.
  9. Refrigerate for a minimum of one hour.
  10. Garnish with sliced strawberries and serve.
