  1. Mix wheat flour with half a glass water.
  2. Heat pan with water. Once water comes to boil wheat flour mixer stir well continuously.
  3. Add salt and stir well.
  4. After 5 to 6 min cut off heat then serve hot or cold with curd or milk.
  5. If curd garnish with sliced small onion.
  6. If milk / coconut milk serve with ghee fried nuts and jaggery and cardamom powder.
