Wasabi Dressing

Tbsp soy sauce
15 ml

c. rice wine vinegar
60 ml

Tbsp sesame oil
15 ml

tsp. sugar
5 ml

tsp. ground white pepper
5 ml
1/2
tsp. grated lemon zest
2.5 ml
Instructions
Combine all dressing ingredients (including wasabi paste) and whisk until smooth.
A blender or food processor works well for this.
