Tasty Stew
Simmer up some vegetables to make this tasty Kerala stew!

  1. Heat the coconut oil and fry the whole and crushed spices.
  2. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the garlic, green chillies, ginger, curry leaves and sliced onions and fry until the onions become translucent.
  4. Stir in the chopped vegetables and sauté for a minute.
  5. Ass the coconut water and cover the pan for two minutes to allow the vegetables to cook.
  6. Stir in the coconut milk and simmer for half a minute.
  7. Serve!
