  1. Grind all the masala paste ingredients in a grinder.
  2. Keep the paste aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and curry leaves until onions are translucent.
  4. Add the chopped tomatoes and turmeric powder and sauté for five minutes.
  5. Then, add the ground paste and stir for five minutes on a low flame.
  6. Add the other vegetables and yogurt and sauté on a low flame for five more minutes.
  7. Then, pour in the water, stir and allow the vegetables to cook, until they are soft.
  8. Once cooked, garnish with coriander leaves.
