Curry me Lentil
One of the easiest curries you’ll whip up. Simple, flavourful and spicy!
    1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
    2. Add the garlic and the onion and cook until golden brown and fragrant.
    3. Add the tomato sauce, coconut milk and spices and cook for about 5 minutes. Stir well.
    4. Add cooked lentils, stir and cook for 15 minutes- over medium heat.
    5. Serve the lentils over the basmati rice.
    6. Add cilantro for garnish.
