Ingredients
For veggie mixture
Substitute for sandwich masala
Instructions
  1. Take mashed potatoes in a bowl and add all the chopped veggies to it. Mix well.
  2. Add salt and sandwich masala.
  3. Also add green chutney and ketchup. Stir well.
  4. Take bread slices.
  5. Apply butter on it.
  6. Take cheese slice (or any other form of cheese) and put on the bread.
  7. Spread about 2-3 tablespoons of veggie mixture on the one bread slice.
  8. Close the sandwich with another bread slice and toast/grill the sandwich in and electric toaster.
  9. Toast till it gets crispy and golden brown.
  10. Serve with chutney or ketchup.
