Instructions
  1. In a bowl add 3 tbsp of coconut oil, salt to taste, 2 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of chopped ginger, 1 tsp of crushed black pepper and 50 grams Tofu. Mix well.
  2. In another bowl, add ¼ tsp corn flour, ½ tsp garlic powder, salt to taste, ½ tsp of crushed black pepper, a pinch of red chilli powder, 3 tsp of soya sauce, 1 tsp of water, 1 cup of chopped red bell pepper and 1 cup of chopped green zucchini.
  3. To make pineapple sauce in a bowl, add 1½ tbsp of olive oil, ¼ tsp of garlic powder, 3 to 4 tbsp of honey, 4 to 5 tsp of soya sauce and Salt to taste. Then crush ¼ pineapple slices to get the juice in a bowl.
  4. In grill pan add 3-4 garlic cloves, 1 onion and a pinch of Salt. Place marinated Bell Pepper and Tofu Mixture on sates sticks. Grill in the pan.
  5. Pour leftover mixture on tufu squares and grill for 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. For presentation, place satay sticks on plate and garnish with onion, garlic, pineapple slices, soy sauce and micro greens. Serve with sauce.
