Raise a Bear Popsicle
Gummy bears infused with vodka in a popsicle.
Ingredients

  1. Soak the gummy bears in vodka overnight.
  2. The next morning, drain the vodka and set aside.
  3. Spray the popsicle moulds with a non stick spray.
  4. Fill 3/4 of the moulds with the juice and gently drop in the gummy bears.
  5. Place the moulds in a freezer. After an hour or so, push the popsicle sticks gently into each mould.
  6. Now, freeze the popsicles overnight.
  7. Take them out of the fridge and gently shake them loose from the moulds.
  8. For an added kick, combine the leftover vodka used for soaking the gummy bears with the juice (a ratio of 1:3) and use this as a dipping ‘sauce’ while eating the popsicles.
