Zelda at Midge’s parent’s house is a terrific cook and the delicacies she puts on the table are drool-worthy. We couldn’t resist making this strudel which she made for Susie.

Instructions
  1. Set the oven on preheat at 400 degrees.
  2. Take a parchment paper and use it to line the baking tray.
  3. Take the apples in a bowl along with sugar and raisins and mix them up.
  4. Put the puffed pastry on the baking tray and put the apple mixture in the middle.
  5. Close the pastry and seal the edges.
  6. In a bowl take eggs and milk and which till combined.
  7. Brush this egg mix on the pastry.
  8. Bake the strudel for 40 minutes and it should be golden in colour by then.
  9. Sprinkle confectioners' sugar on the strudel and serve.
