Instructions
Slice off the crusts from the bread slices.
Spread butter on one side of each slice.
Now spread the raspberry jam and bring the slices together to make a regular sandwich.
Using a cookie cutter, cut into the sandwich to make coin sandwich or raspberry jam pennies.
