- 4 slices bread
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp raspberry jam

- Slice off the crusts from the bread slices.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice.
- Now spread the raspberry jam and bring the slices together to make a regular sandwich.
- Using a cookie cutter, cut into the sandwich to make coin sandwich or raspberry jam pennies.
