Place a glass bowl into the freezer for 5 minutes to chill. When bowl is chilled, pour in cream and honey. Whip cream and honey until slightly fluffed and honey is completely mixed into the cream.
Muddle the blackberries, honey and lemon juice in a shaker. Add in Scotch and fill tin with ice. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail coupe. Top with cream by spooning onto top of drink. Garnish with a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg.
