Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, toss the kale, cabbage, carrots, apple and avocado.
  2. In another bowl mix oil, vinegar, garlic, honey, salt and pepper till well combined.
  3. Now pour the dressing over the kale mix and toss the salad well before serving.
