Instructions
  1. Whisk the sugar into the fish sauce.
  2. Boil the broccoli for three minutes.
  3. Drain the broccoli.
  4. Warm the oil over medium heat in a wok and fry the garlic for three to four minutes.
  5. Seep the oil out of the garlic using a paper towel.
  6. Add the fish sauce to the remaining oil and sauté the broccoli in it for a few minutes.
  7. Place the broccoli in a serving dish and top with the garlic.
  8. Serve!
