Salmon in the Salad!
Enjoy a healthy bowl of zingy salmon salad with this recipe!
Thai chiles chopped
Preheat an oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Mix the fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar and chilies together.
Rub olive oil over the salmon fillets and then put them in a baking tray.
Bake the fillets in the oven until they begin to flake.
Remove the fillets and allow them to cool.
Break the fillets up to get large chunks of salmon.
Mix the tomato, basil and onion together and then add the salmon chunks.
Toss the salad with the dressing and then put it on a bed of mixed greens.
