Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta, drain and keep aside.
  2. Melt the butter and sauté the onions, apples and garlic for six minutes.
  3. Add the curry powder and Marsala and stir well.
  4. Boil for two minutes and then add the stock, fish sauce and curry paste.
  5. Reduce the flame to low and allow the curry to simmer for five minutes.
  6. Pour in the coconut milk and allow it to simmer for another three minutes.
  7. Take the sauce of the heat and pour over the pasta.
  8. Add the crabmeat and toss.
  9. Serve with the chutney.
  10. Enjoy!
